Matthew McConaughey is crafting ads for Wild Turkey as the brand's new creative director. Oscar-winning actor told the brand he "wanted to be more than the face of the campaign. I want to have my hands in the clay of how we tell the story, and I want to be part of the whole story, not just a character in it. Tom has been running, managing and owning advertising agencies since 1979. In his 30+ years in the business, he’s had the opportunity to work with and grow some of the most recognized brands in the world and has earned his share of awards including ADDYs, New York Festival, TELLYs and One Show.
A board member of the Florida Theatre, Tom enjoys beating Frank at golf, traveling, dancing and spending time with his grandsons.
Director of Digital Strategy
In 2013, Courtney returned home to Jacksonville to be closer to family, the sun and the water. After a decade in Dallas and Atlanta, she is thrilled to be back home, but would hop on a plane in a minute for good migas or a Bocado burger.
Courtney has developed digital, social and content strategies for a myriad of blue-chip brands throughout her career with BBDO, Y&R, 22Squared and now On Ideas. She currently serves on the Baptist Hospital Board of Directors and the American Marketing Association leadership board.
An avid traveller, runner and bargain hunter, she’s typically on the go, but deep down, she’s happiest on a boat or simply near the water with her family and their crazy English Pointer, Woody.

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Mike got swept away by waves and fell in love with the charm of Neptune Beach, Florida.
Mike has an obsession for bringing stories to life through digital media. He started and sold a digital production company before founding Blue Bridge Productions and becoming an authority on creating contemporary digital content.
In his spare time, he enjoys modifying anything with a motor, opening up his dirt bike on the trails, snowboarding (what else do Buffalonians do with all that snow?), boating and travel.
Chief Financial Officer
A Midwesterner who has comfortably settled in to the Florida life, Deonna has judiciously managed the financial aspects of the agency since 2005.
When she is not budgeting, forecasting or analyzing, you’ll find her with her husband and kids at taekwondo tournaments photographing awesome “head shots”…not the smiling pretty face kind, but the kicking of the head kind.

Lost in the woods as a small child, David was raised by friendly forest creatures with a secret – a dark, hidden crawlspace into a college library basement. Self-taught and woodland-wise, the admissions database proved no match. With bona fides, world travel and a Walter Mitty-like career path in-hand, he landed at Cap’s on the Water, thirsty.
David’s career spans stints with BBDO Toronto, JWT and Doe-Anderson. His extensive portfolio includes award-winning B2B and B2C work in nearly every business segment and medium including brands like Apple, Kraft, Pepsi and Maker’s Mark.
He serves on the marketing committee for the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. He and his South African bride have twin 7-year-old girls and twin Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
A proud Gator, Denise has led PR and account management at On Ideas for ten years following a lengthy tenure with Ogilvy PR in Dublin, Ireland.
Denise currently serves on the PRSA Board. When she’s not scrolling through cute kitten postings on Pinterest, Denise (a committed cat person) spends her time away from work traveling (especially to her second home in Ireland), making fun of her husband’s accent, and relaxing with a good book.

A Tar Heel born and bred, West got into advertising more than 20 years ago because it seemed like it would be a lot of fun. Along the way, he’s raced go-karts against Formula 1 champions, sipped Tennessee whiskey in Chinese focus groups, and learned how to filet in a butcher shop. So far, so good.
His career spans leadership roles at Arnold, DDB Paris, DDB London and Grey. Today, tennis, relearning the piano and sneaking in naps take up a lot of his spare time. In fact, if West sat in the Oval Office for a day, he’d sign an executive order to mandate a daily siesta.
West currently serves on the boards of With Purpose (dedicated to bridging the funding gap for childhood cancer research), the Jacksonville, FL Mayor’s Advisory Commission on Television, Motion Picture & Commercial Production, and the UF Health Proton Therapy Institute Leadership Council.
